- Certified Caregiver / Nursing Aide / Nursing Assistant
- Registered Midwife
- Certificate in Midwifery
- Age: 23 – 40 years old
- With Child Care experience
- Handled children/patient with special needs is a plus factor
- Good communication skills
- Physically fit
- Excellent interpersonal skills, professionalism, and patience.

MAIKA Baby and Child Caregiver Job Description & Responsibilities
We are looking for a compassionate, patient baby and child caregiver to join our Mama and Baby care home nursing with the following responsibilities:
- Look after the basic needs of the baby/child under their care.
- Support for breastmilk feeding and manage formula feeding of the baby/child.
- Manage bathing and diapering tasks for the baby/child.
- Manage sleep and nap time for the baby/child.
- Create an enriching learning environment.
- Patient, enthusiastic, and fun-loving
- Loves working with baby/child and is passionate about baby/child development and care.
- Plans, implement, and supervise structured daily activities that include physical activities, rest, and playtime.
- Encourage child to participate in all activities.
- Manage preparation, organization, and supervision of mealtimes and snacks with nutritional food selections.
- Provide responsible care and maintaining all safety standards.
- Ensure a safe, sanitary, and orderly environment.
- Engage in the baby/child activities they enjoy and perform proper and safety precautions.
- Maintain professional and positive relationships with parents, children, and staff.
- Monitor and notify supervisors and parents of any signs of physical, emotional and developmental issues of the baby/child.
- Provide physical and emotional support to the baby/child and mother.
